Description:The Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth’s Y Street program supports high schools or high school clubs that engage their students to adopt healthy, tobacco-free lifestyles. Proposed activities should include recruiting students to complete Y Street training; work on projects related to tobacco, nutrition, and obesity prevention; and participate in community campaigns promoting a healthier Virginia.

Eligible applicants are high schools located in Virginia. Prospective applicants are encouraged to contact the foundation to discuss the program. Applications are submitted online.
Eligibility:Public, Private, Charter
Award(s):Grants up to $2,000 are awarded. Additionally, schools completing milestones may earn points for scholarships and other rewards.
Deadline(s):Applications are accepted year-round.
