Qualified grantees must have nonprofit status or be affiliated with a nonprofit. There is a two-step grant-request process. The first step is to send a description of the intended project or program and requested amount to the grants manager using the online contact email form.
There are two application forms available: a short form for grants that can be presented in one page, and a long form for grants that require more detailed information and documentation. Completed application materials must be mailed to the address above. Note that deadlines only apply to grant requests exceeding $5,000.
